This year, the conference will feature three seminar sessions, with new topics for 2019. All delegates will have the chance to attend two of the three seminars held in the afternoon. Spaces for each seminar session are limited, so register now to avoid disappointment.

Seminar 1: Cyber Threat ‐ A Shared Challenge

Both Defence and Industry are facing similar cyber threats as the world becomes a smaller place. Hear from experts from both Defence and Industry on what this threat really means. How has the threat changed and how can experiences be shared?.

Seminar 2: Supporting the Service Family

Introducing businesses and employers to some of the issues faced by service spouses and partners in recruitment and retention. How can employers look at the various ways in which they can offer additional support in the workplace and what are the mutual benefits of supporting armed forces families?

Seminar 3: The future of partnering with Defence ‐ A US Perspective

This session is a unique opportunity to hear about employer led Veteran employment initiatives in the US, and support for the Armed Forces across the pond. Discussion will focus on how we might learn from and apply good practice from the US.
