With its Headquarters in Dundee, Highland Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association (HRFCA) is one of 13 autonomous Tri-Service bodies, established as Crown Agencies by Act of Parliament to support the Reserve Forces and Cadets in the Scottish Highlands and Islands. HRFCA sits outwith the military chain of command and operates independently in support of the Reserve Forces and Cadet Youth Organisations.

HRFCA produces a biannual hardcopy newsletter called High-Light, supplemented throughout the year with an electronic newsletter. The newsletters showcase our most recent activities and highlights, including Armed Forces Covenant presentations, Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Award ceremonies, Reserve Forces and Cadets’ success stories, and much more.
